I am enrolled in the Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) program, and I can honestly say the information presented has been spot-on concerning applicability here at the City of Tempe. Considering I am 30 years into my career, a lot of what we have learned thus far has been providing terminology and justification behind tasks that are common practice in business. My current class is Organizational Behavior, which is a blend of psychology, sociology, human resources, and management all wrapped up in one class learning how to engage and motivate people from all walks of life.” Tim J.
